Hatchers Preserve Units Near Completion

Posted May 2, 2016

The first five units at Hatchers Preserve are almost ready for Certificates of Occupancy with the remaining units following shortly thereafter.  Hatchers Preserve is Rural Neighborhoods’ most recent rental affordable housing development in Immokalee and includes 18 single-family units.  It was designed by architect Ted Hoffman who also did RCMA’s Charter School in Immokalee.  A grand opening for Hatchers Preserve is planned for June.

Funding for the development was provided by the Collier County Community and Human Services Department, the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity and NeighborWorks America.  The units, which are not limited to farmworkers, will be available for families earning up to 80% of area median income or $53,200 for a family of four.  For more information or to apply for Hatchers Preserve, contact Jose Marin at 239-657-7900.
